Below is a fully organized and easy-to-follow overview covering all important details, including testing procedures, broker compatibility, real-account behavior, pricing structure, partnership guidelines, investor requirements, and commonly asked questions.
This information is designed to provide you with a clear and transparent understanding of how the GMS EA operates, what is required from traders and investors, and the conditions necessary for the system to function properly.
David
📅 Forex Trader since 2007 📍 Based in United States
My name is David, and I have been involved in Forex trading since 2007. I began by relying on indicators and chart patterns, but after experiencing the limitations and inconsistencies of those methods, I shifted my focus toward building strategies based on precise calculations and data-driven logic.

🛡️ The GMS EA Philosophy
Over the years, I have developed more than 20 Expert Advisors. The GMS EA is the most advanced and refined system I have created. It is designed for traders who understand risk management and want a structured, strategic approach that can deliver strong long-term results when used under the right conditions.

I am open to working with disciplined, like-minded traders and investors who value professionalism, transparency, and a flexible trading environment.

🚫 No Free Trials
I do not provide free trials or investor login access before an agreement is in place.
Demo Testing (After Agreement)
Once we have a formal agreement, I can set up a demo account using your preferred broker.
This allows me to configure the EA specifically for that broker's trading conditions, including:
Spread Behavior
Execution Speed
Order-handling Rules
Hedging Requirements
Each broker behaves differently, so proper configuration is essential.
Broker Requirements
Your broker must meet the technical conditions needed for the EA to operate correctly, including:
Hedging Support
Low & Stable Spreads
Reliable Execution
No Grid Restrictions
A detailed list of broker requirements follows in the next section.
Why Free Trials Are Not Offered
The EA is not a "plug and play" system.
A single set file cannot work across all brokers because:
Unique Configuration Required
Each broker requires its own setup
Variable Trading Conditions
Spreads, execution, and restrictions vary widely
Individual Optimization
The EA must be optimized for accuracy and safety
For this reason, a general public trial is not possible.
Next Steps
✅ Ready to Move Forward?
If you are serious about moving forward, we can discuss your preferred broker and prepare the demo environment (after the agreement is signed).
🏦 For the GMS EA to perform correctly, the chosen broker must meet specific requirements
💻 Platform Compatibility

✅ Required Broker Capabilities
Your broker must allow the EA to operate without restrictions. This includes:
Full EA Support
Hedging Allowed
Scalping Allowed
Fast Execution
- Low and stable spreads
- No restrictions on grid trading or recovery strategies
- No limitations on daily order requests (some brokers block or limit order frequency)
⚖️ Leverage Requirements
For instruments such as Gold (XAU/USD)
Leverage availability may differ depending on your region or account type
🔩 Broker-Specific Configuration Required
Each broker has unique trading conditions, including:
Spread Behavior
Execution Delays
Slippage Patterns
Minimum Distance
Order-handling Rules
⚠️ Because of this, the EA must be configured individually for each broker.
A single universal set file cannot be used across all brokers.
🧪 Demo Account Setup (Required Before Live Trading)
Once you decide to proceed:
Create Demo Account
With broker meeting all requirements
Provide Required Information
Demo login credentials
MT4 platform file or download link
This enables me to install the platform, test the environment, and apply the correct configuration before any live trading begins.

Essential EA Requirements
The GMS EA requires specific trading conditions to operate properly, including:
Many brokers do not meet these criteria, and some may impose policies or technical limitations that negatively affect EA performance.

2. Non-Compatible Brokers (Do Not Support EA Requirements)
These brokers cannot run the GMS EA due to hard restrictions such as:
- No hedging (typical for U.S. brokers under NFA rules)
- FIFO rules
- EA or algorithmic trading restrictions
- Low leverage (1:50, 1:100)
- No scalping policies
This category includes but is not limited to:
- All U.S. regulated brokers (due to hedging bans and FIFO)
- Any broker that blocks EA/algorithmic trading
- Any broker offering leverage too low for grid margin requirements
Even if execution quality is good, these structural limitations make them non-compatible.

6. Additional Considerations (Regional Restrictions & Policy Conflicts)
Some brokers appear functional but may still have issues based on:
- Regional limitations on hedging
- Leverage differences by country
- EA restrictions applied only to specific jurisdictions
- Execution delays caused by local liquidity providers
Traders should verify:
- Whether hedging is allowed in their specific region
- Whether EA trading is permitted in their account type
- Whether leverage varies by residency
- Whether the broker applies FIFO or similar restrictions locally

- Broker complaints
- Withdrawal issues
- Spread/manipulation allegations

Important Note: These resources are independent verification tools only. They do not guarantee that any broker is safe, reliable, or compatible with the EA. They simply help traders identify brokers with known issues, regulatory warnings, or a history of misconduct.
8. Broker Comparison & Listing Websites
Below are useful websites where traders can compare brokers, read reviews, and find comprehensive listings. These sites can help you research potential brokers before testing.

⚠️ Many traders ask for broker recommendations, but I do not provide an official list of recommended brokers.
This is because most overseas brokers have a long history of major issues, including:
Spread Manipulation
Artificial Slippage
Delayed Withdrawals
Changing Conditions
Because of these risks, I cannot take responsibility for recommending a broker and later becoming accountable if problems occur on your real account.
📋 My Process (Simple and Transparent)
You Choose the Broker
Create Demo Account
Provide Login Details
I Test the EA
If the EA performs well during testing, you may choose to proceed with that broker — entirely at your own discretion.
⚠️ Important: I do not endorse brokers, maintain a pre-approved list, or guarantee any broker's behavior.
🎯 Your Responsibility as the Trader
Since you are choosing the broker, you must ensure that:
Fair Spreads
Demo/Live Consistency
Reliable Withdrawals
Smooth Execution
Clean History
Responsive Support
🔍 If you are unsure, it is strongly recommended to research the broker thoroughly before committing real funds.
🛡️ Why I Maintain This Policy
I have had several negative experiences with certain brokers in the past, especially with real accounts.
To protect:
Your Funds
My Work
EA Performance
Our Relationship
...I do not provide broker recommendations.
✅ This ensures full transparency and prevents any misunderstandings later.
🌍 Additional Clarification (Very Important)
Broker conditions — such as spreads, leverage, commissions, and policies — vary by country and region.
Because of these differences:
- No single broker can be "best" for everyone
- The conditions you receive may not be the same as another trader
- It is not feasible for me to track or verify every region's policies
- I cannot be responsible for recommending a broker that behaves differently in your location
This is why you must choose a broker based on your own research, and once you have selected one, I will review and test it for you.
💪 My Commitment to the Process
I understand that finding a suitable broker is not easy.
However, the difficulty is not on the trader — the real work is on my side:
I do the testing
I check execution
I compare spreads
I verify consistency
I evaluate safety
I am also working with multiple traders around the world who are going through the same process.
We continue researching new brokers, and we will keep doing so until we find a fair and stable environment where the EA can perform properly.
⏳ This requires patience, but eventually, the effort pays off.
📝 Final Note
- If you decide to continue searching for a broker, I will review and test any broker you choose.
- If you decide to pause or move forward later, that is completely fine as well.
🙏 Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I will continue doing my part in evaluating brokers, and once the right one is found, the results will justify the effort.
The GMS EA has been fully tested on both demo and real accounts. It performs reliably across all market conditions—including trending, sideways, volatile, slow, and choppy markets—as long as the broker provides fair and stable execution.
⚠️ Market conditions are not the limitation.
⚠️ Brokers are.
⚡ Slippage & Execution Requirements
The EA is built to handle:
- Normal slippage
- Up to approximately double the usual slippage
- Fast and volatile market movements
However, because the EA uses a scalping-based precision algorithm, most trades operate within a very small pip range (typically 2–20 pips).
For this reason, execution accuracy is critical.
If slippage becomes excessively high—especially above 3 pips on a real account—this can:
- Disrupt the EA's internal calculations
- Reduce accuracy
- Cause suboptimal entries or exits
- Create performance gaps between demo and live
- Lead to failed recovery cycles
❌ This is not an EA issue.
❌ This is entirely a broker execution issue.
🏦 Important Note About Broker Behavior
The only factors that can negatively impact the EA's accuracy on a real account are broker-side behaviors, such as:
Because the EA relies on precise pricing, timing, and spread data, any manipulation or inconsistency from the broker will directly impact performance.
🔐 Critical Clarification Before Using the EA on a Real Account
While the EA is extremely stable under fair trading conditions, real account performance depends entirely on the broker's honesty and execution quality.
Demo accounts often do not reflect the true conditions of a live environment.
For this reason:
- You must ensure your broker provides consistent demo and live conditions.
- You must be confident the broker does not manipulate spreads, slippage, or execution.
- It is recommended to start with a small live account to compare performance before scaling.
The EA will perform exactly as designed when the broker is fair.
However, anything outside the EA's control—especially slippage, delays, or spread manipulation—will affect results.
⚠️ The Trader must clearly understand this before moving forward.
🔄 Many traders question whether the EA will perform differently on a real account compared to a demo account.
This is an important topic, and it is essential to understand the real reason behind any differences.
⚡ The EA Behaves the Same — The Broker Does Not
The EA's logic, calculations, and order execution system are identical on both demo and real accounts.
It does not change behavior based on account type.
A simple analogy explains it well:
"If you move a watch from your left wrist to your right wrist, it keeps the same time.
The watch doesn't change — only the environment changes."
In the same way:
Same Calculations
Same Decisions
Same Logic
Same Strategies
Whether it's running on a demo or a real account.
❓ So Why Can Results Differ?
Because brokers treat demo and real accounts differently.
Many brokers adjust real account conditions in ways that demos don't reflect:
- Wider spreads
- Artificial slippage
- Delayed execution
- Requotes
- Hidden commissions
- Slower order fills
- Liquidity differences
- Spread spikes during volatile times
These broker-side behaviors — not the EA — are what cause different results.
Think of it like this:
"The EA is the driver, but the broker is the road.
If the road is smooth (demo), the car runs perfectly.
If the road has potholes (real), the ride changes — not because of the driver, but because of the road surface."
🎯 The Key Point
The EA's behavior remains constant.
The broker's behavior may not.
This is why choosing a fair, stable, and honest broker is absolutely essential for accurate performance.
📝 In Summary
- • The EA performs identically on demo and real accounts.
- • Any differences in performance come from brokers altering real account conditions, not from the EA.
- • A fair, transparent broker will produce similar results on both.
- • A manipulative broker will create differences that have nothing to do with the EA's logic.
💰 EA Compliance
The GMS EA complies with standard trading rules and does not violate any broker policies. It operates safely under normal broker conditions and within typical trading parameters.
Withdrawal Requirements (Critical Partnership Rule)
To avoid misunderstandings, the following withdrawal structure is mandatory and non-negotiable:
I — The Service Provider — decide when withdrawals are requested.
This is required because:
Operating & Monitoring
I am the one operating, monitoring, and managing the EA
Compensation Dependency
My compensation depends directly on withdrawals
Trust Verification
Timely withdrawals confirm the broker is trustworthy
Management Continuity
I cannot continue managing an account with withdrawal delays or restrictions
⚠️ If this structure is not acceptable, it is better not to proceed with the partnership.
Mandatory First Withdrawal
The first withdrawal is required as soon as the initial deposit doubles.
This serves the following purposes:
Confirms the broker processes withdrawals smoothly
Proves the broker is not restricting or delaying payouts
Ensures I receive compensation without issues
Confirms the account is safe to continue managing
❌ If the first withdrawal fails, is delayed, or the broker creates obstacles, the account will not continue under my management.
Ongoing Withdrawals
After the first successful withdrawal:
I may request withdrawals at any time
Withdrawals may occur daily or multiple times per day
Amount depends on profit levels and account conditions
This ensures that:
- Compensation is received without delay
- The account remains protected
- Broker reliability is continuously monitored
Broker Requirements for Withdrawals
Your broker must support:
Fast Crypto Withdrawals
USDT preferred
No Withdrawal Limits
No daily caps
Quick Processing
Without delays
💡 Why Crypto? Crypto withdrawals are strongly preferred because they prevent issues commonly associated with bank transfers, such as hold times, compliance checks, or limited payout windows.
Final Clarification
Trader Responsibility
The Trader is fully responsible for choosing a reliable broker.
Policy Limitations
I cannot control withdrawal policies or processing times.
Non-Responsibility
I am not responsible for broker delays, restrictions, or failures.
⚠️ If the Trader cannot agree to the withdrawal structure above,
it is better not to move forward with the partnership.
🔐 All withdrawals must follow the broker's official withdrawal rules and policies.
To avoid account freezes, compliance flags, or locked withdrawal wallets:
⚠️ All withdrawals must be processed to the Trader's own registered crypto wallet — not to the Service Provider.
Why This Is Mandatory
This requirement exists because:
- Brokers do not allow withdrawals directly to third-party wallets
- Sending withdrawals to a non-registered wallet can trigger compliance restrictions
- Many brokers automatically freeze or lock withdrawal wallets if they detect mismatched account ownership
- The Service Provider cannot receive funds directly from the broker
- Only the Trader can legally initiate withdrawals from their own trading account
✅ Correct Withdrawal Procedure
The Trader withdraws profits
to their own registered crypto wallet.
After successful completion
the Trader transfers the Service Provider's share wallet-to-wallet, outside the broker's system.
This Ensures:
- Full compliance with broker policies
- No risk of the account being locked or flagged
- Withdrawals remain fast, smooth, and unrestricted
- The Service Provider receives compensation safely and without broker interference
📋 Final Clarification on Withdrawal Flow
🛡️ The Service Provider will never request direct broker withdrawals or access to the Trader's wallet.
💰 The exact pricing of the GMS EA depends on the version you choose: Basic, Pro, Elite, or Quantum.
Each version is designed so that the expected monthly profit generally matches or exceeds the cost of the EA.
Basic
Pro
Elite
Quantum
📊 Pricing Structure
I have not set fixed prices yet, as final pricing depends on:
- The version you select
- The performance level you aim to achieve
🎬 Understanding Potential Performance
To help you evaluate each version, I recommend reviewing the daily testing videos on YouTube, which demonstrate real-time performance results.
Performance Videos Available
These videos provide a clear idea of potential returns for each EA version.
🏦 Broker Considerations
Please note that actual performance may vary depending on your broker. Factors such as:
Spreads
Execution Speed
Slippage
Broker Policies
...can all affect results. Not all brokers will replicate the trading conditions shown in the videos.
🧪 Demo or Live Testing
- If desired, I can set up a demo account to test the EA with your broker-specific configuration.
- Alternatively, I can run the EA on your live account after ensuring the broker's conditions are suitable.
Alternative Option Available
If purchasing the EA upfront is not feasible, please refer to the Partnership Opportunities section below.
If you prefer a profit-sharing model instead of purchasing the EA upfront, a partnership option is available. Under this structure, I personally operate the GMS EA on your live account while you maintain full ownership of your funds.
This model is only available to serious traders who meet all requirements and fully understand the terms below.
11.1 How the Partnership Works
- You provide a live trading account funded with your chosen deposit.
- I personally run, manage, and monitor the EA on your account.
- You do not receive the EA file; the software remains proprietary.
- Profits are shared according to my profit-sharing structure.
- You maintain complete ownership of your account and funds at all times.
This arrangement allows you to benefit from the EA's performance without purchasing the software.
11.2 Maximum Drawdown Protection (Your Capital Safety)
Before trading begins, you must select your maximum drawdown percentage.
This defines the portion of your initial deposit that can be at risk.
Example:
If your deposit is $500 and you choose a 10% drawdown limit:
- Maximum allowable loss = $50
- If account equity reaches $450 before any profit is made, all trading stops immediately
Important Clarification
- Only the portion of the initial deposit defined by the drawdown limit is at risk.
- The remainder of the deposit is not guaranteed, but it is protected by the drawdown stop system.
- Once the account becomes profitable, the drawdown limit applies ONLY to your starting balance—not to the growing profit.
If the account loses immediately without profit:
Trading stops the moment the predefined loss limit is reached.
This protects your capital and helps detect issues such as:
- Broker manipulation
- Live vs. demo inconsistency
- Execution delays
- Spread manipulation
- Unreliable conditions
11.3 Profit-Sharing Structure
Profit sharing starts at 50/50 for the Basic version of the EA.
Profit-sharing percentages may be adjusted at any time based on:
- EA version used (Basic, Pro, Elite, Quantum)
- Account size and leverage
- Workload required
- Broker challenges
- Additional services or custom configurations
If any adjustment is needed, you'll be notified. You can decide whether to continue or discontinue the partnership.
💵 Payment Method: You do not pay me directly.
Profits generated by the EA are shared according to the agreed structure.
11.4 Withdrawal Handling (Critical Requirement)
Under this partnership, I am the one who decides when withdrawals are requested.
This is non-negotiable.
Why this is required:
- I am responsible for running and managing the EA
- My compensation depends on withdrawals
- A broker with slow or blocked withdrawals makes the partnership impossible
- I cannot work on an account where I am unable to withdraw profit
Mandatory First Withdrawal
The first withdrawal must be requested as soon as the initial deposit doubles, usually within the first session.
This confirms:
- The broker pays out smoothly
- No withdrawal delays
- No restrictions or lockouts
- The account is safe to continue trading
- I can receive my share of profit on time
If the broker fails, delays, or blocks the withdrawal, the partnership will not continue.
Trader Must Follow Broker Withdrawal Rules
To avoid account lockouts or flagged transactions:
- Withdrawals must follow the broker's policies exactly
- The visual verification must be done using your crypto wallet (not mine)
- The broker will block or lock the account if a withdrawal is sent directly to a third-party wallet
- After withdrawal reaches your wallet, you may transfer my share wallet-to-wallet
This prevents:
- Third-party wallet violations
- Withdrawal freezes
- Compliance flags
- Account restrictions
This is mandatory for account safety.
11.5 Trader Responsibilities
To participate in the partnership, the trader must:
- Provide a reliable broker account
- Fund it with sufficient capital
- Ensure the broker supports fair execution
- Allow the EA to operate without interference
- Follow withdrawal policies exactly
- Maintain proper VPS and account access when required
Your deposit is your contribution.
But the primary value comes from the EA, the logic, and the ongoing work I perform.
11.6 My Responsibilities
I will:
- Operate, monitor, and manage the EA on your account
- Adjust settings for broker conditions
- Ensure the EA runs under optimal parameters
- Maintain execution quality within what is under my control
- Protect your account using the agreed drawdown limit
I treat every trader's funds with the same caution and responsibility as my own.
11.7 Broker Risks & Limitations
I am not responsible for anything outside my control, including:
- Broker manipulation
- Spread widening
- Execution delays
- Requotes or slippage
- Order restrictions
- Platform freezes
- Withdrawal issues
Your deposit remains your responsibility.
You must trust your broker and confirm they are reliable.
11.8 Value of the EA
Your deposit is only one part of the partnership.
The EA represents:
- Years of development
- Extensive testing
- Complex logic
- Ongoing optimization
- 24/7 monitoring
- Technical expertise
This is why the partnership is selective and based on strict requirements.
11.9 Partnership Eligibility
This partnership is only for traders who:
- Fully understand Forex trading
- Accept the profit-sharing terms
- Agree with the withdrawal structure
- Use a broker that meets EA requirements
- Understand the limitations and risks
- Are serious and not wasting time
If you cannot agree with the structure above, it is better not to move forward.
11.10 Final Clarification
I work only with traders who respect the structure and understand the value of the EA.
Your initial deposit is never fully at risk due to the drawdown protection system.
However, broker-side issues, platform behavior, market conditions, or poor execution can impact results.
These situations are beyond my control.
If you are comfortable with the terms above and want to proceed,
I will evaluate your broker, account setup, and overall suitability for the partnership.
🏦 Brokerage Partnership Opportunity
Opportunity
I am seeking investors interested in partnering to establish a new brokerage. This would allow us to operate under optimal conditions for the EA and avoid typical broker issues such as:
- Spread manipulation
- Withdrawal delays
- Restrictions on trading conditions
🎯 Goal: Create a broker environment specifically optimized for the GMS EA's performance requirements.
Broker Requirements for Optimal Performance
The EA works best with brokers offering:
U.S. Investors
- U.S. brokers have restrictions that limit the EA's potential, so an offshore brokerage is preferable.
- U.S. investors are still welcome, though regulatory requirements make the initial investment higher.
💼 Investment Structure: Various partnership levels available depending on investment size and involvement.
📊 Ready to Explore This Opportunity?
If you are interested in exploring this opportunity,
we can discuss the details further in a private consultation.
🔒 Confidentiality: All investor discussions are handled with complete discretion and confidentiality.
📢 Important Policy: Live demonstrations are available only to verified buyers or verified investors.
Because of the workload involved in testing, configuration, and broker evaluation, live demonstrations are not provided to general inquiries or unverified prospects.
Eligibility Requirements
A live demonstration will only be provided after:
- You have met all purchase or investor requirements, and
- You have provided the necessary proof confirming you are a serious buyer or qualified investor, not a casual tester.
⚠️ No exceptions.
Purpose of the Demonstration
The live demonstration is intended to:
- Show the EA running under real market conditions
- Confirm performance expectations
- Ensure proper configuration before final steps
Demo Account Used
🛡️ Security Protocol: All live demonstrations will be done on my own demo account, using the broker you prefer.
This eliminates any misuse and ensures the environment remains controlled and secure.
Live Account Demonstrations
A live account demonstration will only be done if:
- You have already purchased the EA, or
- You are an approved investor in the brokerage project
❌ No live demonstration will be performed on your live account until these conditions are met.
Partnership (Profit-Sharing) Clarification
For partnership opportunities:
- No live demonstration will be provided before the agreement is signed
- This is because I must already perform extensive testing on your broker
- Broker testing is part of my workload and cannot be duplicated for free demonstrations
Once the agreement is fully signed, the EA will be tested and run directly on your account as part of the partnership setup.
Why These Rules Are Necessary
Live tests require significant time and work, including:
For this reason, demonstrations are provided only to those who have met all requirements and proven they are serious and committed.
⚡ The GMS EA is designed for serious traders who understand Forex markets, risk management, leverage behavior, and realistic expectations.
Minimum Requirements
💰 Minimum Deposit
For GMS Basic, the typical deposit range is $300–$500, but this is not fixed.
The required deposit depends primarily on the broker's leverage, margin requirements, and overall account conditions.
Lower Leverage
Requires Higher Deposit
Higher Leverage
Reduces Deposit Requirement
Because every broker is different, a flat deposit number cannot be provided until the broker's specifications and margin conditions are reviewed.
⚖️ Minimum Leverage
Strongly recommended for proper EA performance
Very small accounts may not be suitable due to margin and execution limitations.
Serious Traders Only
We ask that inquiries come from experienced and committed traders who understand:
✅ Ready to Move Forward?
If you meet these criteria and you are genuinely interested, feel free to reach out.
📋 Each version of the GMS EA (Basic, Pro, Elite, Quantum) has its own features, settings, and limitations.
Version-Specific Details
Full details will be shared once it is confirmed that:
- You meet the minimum criteria
- Your broker conditions are compatible

Broker Limitations
Please note:

Withdrawal Policy Clarification (Important)
Withdrawals must follow the broker's rules to avoid account restrictions.
The withdrawal must be made to the trader's own wallet/account, the one originally registered with the broker.
The withdrawal cannot be sent directly to me or to any third-party wallet.
If the broker detects a withdrawal attempt to a third-party wallet (such as mine), they can lock or restrict the account.
To avoid this:
Withdraw from the broker to your own wallet
Then send funds wallet-to-wallet separately if needed
This prevents compliance issues or wallet-lock problems with the broker.
Trader Experience Requirement
I prioritize working with traders who:
Understand market dynamics
Understand the risks of leveraged trading
Are aware of broker-specific limitations
⚠️ If you are completely new to trading, I may not be able to assist at this time.
Thank you for your understanding.
